Thinking Out Loud - Rough sketches of ideas, etc.....

intuitive things:

falling (as a theme, somehow...): images of carnival people in slow motion perhaps falling, in black and white..... images of glasses in slow motion falling to the ground, shattering... images of people opening doors in slow motion... images of a couple fighting in slow motion... images of things, all kinds of things... falling..

idea of falling is the idea that things do not necessarily hold together even if they appear to.. to suggest a different space of opening, to the unknown.. abstractly, to stimulate an idea that beyond the usual dialogue there may be 'another way' to open a dialogue...

arrangement of space like cafeteria in factory setting in China... (image is from recent film I saw called Touch of Sin, by director of The World...)... multiple tables.... clock on wall.. with framed images up above arranged very organizationally. Each table is another spot to converse..

i like idea of cafeteria here for some reason... minimalist of course...

discretion and sense of quiet conversation in midst of busy times...  rather then big spectacle kind of feeling... small, patient, quiet sense.. almost delicate...

bridge of silence... a bridge constructed of perhaps cardboard, at a smaller scale, but large enough like a coffee table size... with balloons attached... of failure to communicate.. and the hope/despair in that...
